This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which Kreditfin(AS Fintech Private Limited) (“Kreditfin”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) processes refunds and cancellations for payments made through our platform.

By making a payment on Kreditfin, you agree to this Policy.

1. Nature of Service

Kreditfin provides users access to their credit report (CIBIL report) and related financial insights.

A service fee of ₹89 (Rupees Eighty-Nine only) is charged for generating the credit report.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • The service offered by Kreditfin is digital and delivered instantly upon successful payment.
  • Therefore, once a payment is completed, the transaction cannot be cancelled.
  • Users are advised to review all details carefully before making the payment.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only under the following conditions:

a) Duplicate Transactions

  • If a user has made multiple payments for the same service for any reason, the excess amount will be refunded.

b) Failed Service Delivery

  • If the payment is successfully debited, but:
    • The credit report is not generated, or
    • The service is not delivered due to a technical error.

The user will be eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Successful generation and delivery of the credit report
  • Incorrect details entered by the user
  • Change of mind after payment
  • Any delay caused due to incorrect information provided by the user

5. Refund Processing Timeline

  • All eligible refunds will be processed within 48 hours (2 working days) from the date of verification.
  • The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.
  • The actual credit timeline may vary depending on the user’s bank or payment provider.

6. Refund Request Mechanism

To initiate a refund request, users must provide the following details:

  • Registered mobile number
  • Transaction ID / Payment reference number
  • Date and time of transaction

7. Dispute Resolution

  • Kreditfin reserves the right to verify all refund claims before processing.
  • Kreditfin reserves the right to reject any refund request if found invalid, abusive, or fraudulent.
